We want you to love your Sleepy Panda purchase. If for any reason you need to return or exchange an item, our process is easy, free, and flexible.
Return Eligibility

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order.

Items must be brand new, unworn, with tags attached, and include the original plastic bag.

“OUTLET” Bags are not eligible for returns.

Exchange for the same item in a different color
Gift Returns
If your Sleepy Panda purchase was a gift, you can receive store credit or exchange for the same item in a different color.
How to Start a Return

Include your packing slip (found in your order box) with your returned item
Once your return is received and inspected, allow 3–5 business days for processing. You will receive an email confirmation when your return is approved and your refund, store credit, or exchange is issued.
Damaged or Defective Items

Damaged items: Email info@mysleepypanda.com with photos of the damage.

Defective items: Contact us immediately at info@mysleepypanda.com to arrange repair or replacement.
