Can I return my purchase?
We hope that you love all your purchases from Sleepy Panda. However, we understand that sometimes you may need to return a purchase. Online purchases are eligible for Store Credit or Exchange if returned within 30 business days of receiving your order.
“OUTLET” Bags WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED FOR RETURN.
Items must be in brand new condition, have not been worn, tags still attached, and the Polly Bag included to be accepted for return for Store Credit or Exchange.
Can I return if I received as a Gift?
Yes, online purchases are eligible for Store Credit or Exchange if returned within 30 business days of receiving your order.
Checkout with the $1.98 Re:Do product for free unlimited returns for store credit on your order if needed and send it back for free if it doesn’t work.
Didn’t checkout with Re:Do? You will still return like normal and purchase a label through them with discounted shipping rates saving you time and money!

Please include the packing slip with your return. The packing slip is included in the box with your purchase and has all your information and order number.
When will I receive a Refunds if I return an item?
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Once we receive your return, please allow for 3-5 business days for us to process your return. Store Credit will be emailed to you, or your Exchange will be processed.

What if my purchase has a defect?
