Can I return my purchase?
Yes, if you are not happy with your purchase, your order may be returned exchanged within 14 days of receipt. However, the item must be in brand new condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping charges for all returns except in the case of a manufacturing defect or a shipment mistake on our part.

When will I receive a Refunds if I return an item?
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Can I exchange by product for another?
Yes you can within the 14 day return window. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll arrange shipping.
Can I return if I received as a Gift?
Yes, however if the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return. We will need the email address of the purchaser for proof of purchase.
What is my purchase has a defect?
Please contact us immediately at email@example.com to review the best course of action to repair or replace you purchase.
Can I arrange my own shipping to return an item?
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
