Super great quality. So far very happy with it

I had an issue with the bag I ordered and I reached out to the company. Within a DAY they responded and helped me get a new one. Very efficient! I love this bag.

I had originally gotten a cheaper diaper bag from Amazon thinking it wasn’t necessary to treat myself to one like this. When the other one came in and it was awful quality, I thought I would take a chance and try a higher end diaper bag since I would be using it so much. Best. Decision. Ever. This bag is absolutely beautiful, it has a great feel too it and makes it so easy to organize all of baby’s things!! This is by far the gift I am most excited about using once our little girl gets here. I realized our bag was missing a stroller strap so I reached out and they replied very quickly and already have another on its way to us, no questions asked. Between the quality of the bag and the customer service, we are VERY happy with Sleepy Panda and would recommend splurging on one of these bags if you are thinking about it!

Absolutely love the look, feel and space of this backpack. Plenty of pockets, not too bulky looking, and so stylish. I get a new diaper bag for each new child I have and I may just reorder this for my next baby. I first ordered mine when the usb port still came with the bag and it was sooo convenient. I had a two little issues I emailed customer service about and after quick responses and some photos sent they shipped me a new one that I recieved very fast. Great customer service. Great product.

This bag is exactly what I need it to be for a diaper bag. Early on, some of the interior pockets ripped from the elastic and when I emailed their customer service they promptly sent me a brand new bag. I have the chestnut, and it does come with the charging port despite a review below that says it only comes with black. One call out - the insulated bottle sleeve does not fit all bottles, only narrow ones.
