De lo mejor

Vegan Leather Diaper Bag

I bought this for my daughter-in-law, and she hasn't seen it yet. In my opinion, it's WAY too heavy for a diaper bag, and that's that it is empty! I can only imagine how heavy it will be with everything she'll need to put inside of it. Hopefully she loves it though, seeing how she's the one that chose it, so we'll see.

Great customer service

I had a bit of a rough experience with the bag, but their customer service was very responsive and I greatly appreciate all they did to make things right.
I think the bag itself is beautiful and the vegan leather is great quality. I love the pockets, it allows you to be organized inside and out. I have not had the opportunity to use the bag, but I don’t doubt it would be functional for everyday use with my babies!

10 stars - worth the read

I love this diaper bag! It was a baby shower gift and I used it for almost 2 full years before the large zipper broke. I was bummed and emailed the company asking if I could get a replacement zipper (I loved it enough I wanted to get the zipper repaired not buy a different bag) and after sending a photo I got a very fast late night reply that they would be sending me a replacement bag. They stand behind their product and are so easy to work with! 2 years of being stuffed full and going everywhere (including multiple flights) they didn’t need to replace it but I’m so appreciative. I love the storage - I couldn’t blindly reach in and get anything I needed because it was all so well divided. Highly recommend!
